With a degree in Law from the University of Naples “Federico II”, she has practised as legal advisor
and lawyer since 2003.
She specialized in the legal aspects of administration, environmental, planning and public contracting.

She has had extensive experience in advising on European innovative procedures in the sector of
public procurement and de_ning new models for public-private partnerships for the setting-up and
realization of a wide range of infrastructures and utilities (concessions and project _nancing).
Concettina is an expert in drafting all major kinds of construction and engineering contracts including
design and build, construction management, consultancy and service agreements. She also
advises in relation to tender documentation and the negotiation of contracts for major construction
projects.

Over the years, Concettina has acted as consultant for a number of local authorities, business enterprisers,
landowners and developers, including drafting contracts and regulations.
She has dealt with several judicial cases in the same sectors as well as teaching at post-graduate
level.
